You must try our product for a full and continuous 90-days to ensure maximum benefits. If after that, you are unhappy with our product, just return all containers (empty and unopened) within 100-days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your return we will process a full refund, apart from the shipping charges.
If you wish to take advantage of the several discounts by ordering multiple bottles, over the 90-day supply, there is no need to worry. Your entire purchase price will be eligible for reimbursement under our policy.

Instructions for Use:
FactorGel is simple to apply, to produce amazing results. Simply spread a thin coating of FactorGel to your entire penis, shaft and head. Spread the gel/cream over your penis to ensure coverage over the entire area. There is no need to massage the gel in; just simply coat and leave as is. Your product is shipped via USPS First Class Mail & Canada Post 12 to 48 hours after you order and should be on your doorstep 1 to 5 business days later. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping starts at $5.95 per delivery of purchased item to your home. However if your order exceeds $88.99, we include free standard shipping.
International shipping is $9.95, no matter the order amount.
Can I get the item(s) faster? (Express Overnight, etc.)
Our USPS First Class mail will arrive very quickly at your doorstep. At this time, we do not currently offer express overnight shipment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes.
Which carriers are available to ship my order?
We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service and Canada Post.
USPS will provide TRACKING information (to your email), once your order is delivered to the main post office in Providence, Rhode Island to be processed and shipped to you.
